Client Letter - 8/3/2026

Effective August 3, 2026, EC Environmental will become part of Pacific Stormwater Solutions, LLC dba Pacific Stormwater (PSW).

Pacific Stormwater has a strong reputation for responsive service, technical expertise, and dependable client support. We are confident this transition will strengthen the resources available to you while continuing to support your stormwater and environmental compliance needs.

Transition Details:

• Continuity of Service: All current agreements, contracts, and pricing will remain unchanged and will be honored until December 2026 at which time PSW will provide a new proposal.
• Your Point of Contact: Your primary contact will be Christine Nancarrow, who can be reached at nancarrow@pacificsws.com or 480-773-0744.
• Uninterrupted Support: We are working closely with the Pacific Stormwater Solutions team to help ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted service. I will remain involved during the transition period to support continuity and answer any questions that may arise.
