8-Hour RCRA Training is required for workers at Large Quantity Generator (LQG) facilities for RCRA regulatory standards and need to satisfy their annual refresher training requirement under 40 CFR 262.17 and WAC 173.303
This course is required by 49 CFR 172.704 and introduces you to the Hazardous Materials Regulation (HMR) and the basics of safely transporting hazardous materials. You'll learn about the U.S. regulations that apply and how hazardous materials are classified.
This online HAZWOPER course provides 40 hours of training or annual 8 hour refresher on OSHA HAZWOPER standards. The course satisfies training requirements outlined in OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910.120 and 1926.65, which require workers to complete HAZWOPER training before starting work at an uncontrolled hazardous waste operation.
Your stormwater program requires that all companies provide SWPPP training for employees who have duties in areas of industrial activities subject to their stormwater permit.
